Before Torah Reading

Matthew 5:17-20

Do not think that I came to dismiss the Torah or the Prophets. I have not come to dismiss, but to carry out. For truly, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not one smallest letter or one stroke shall pass away from the Torah, until everything happens. Therefore, anyone who dismisses one of these small mitzvoth (Commandments), and thus teach the sons of men to do so, will be called little in the Kingdom of Heaven; but those who do and teach them shall be called great in the Kingdom of Heaven.

When Removing Torah From Ark

When the Ark set out, Mosha would say: Arise, O AdonYah, and Your adversaries will be scattered, and Your enemies will flee before You. For from Zion shall go forth the Torah, and the Word of AdonYah from Jerusalem. Blessed is He who in His holiness gave Torah to His people Israel.

The Torah which Moshe commanded us is the heritage of congregation of Ya’aqub. (Kiss the Torah)

The Book of Matthew

Ch 23

1 Then Yeshua conversed with the multitude and with his talmidim,
2 and said to them: “The Scribes and Pharisees sit upon the seat of Mosha.
3 Therefore, everything they instruct you to observe, you shall observe and do. But you should not imitate their deeds; for they talk, and do not act.
4 They bind heavy burdens and place them on the shoulders of the sons of men; but do not have the desire to touch them with their fingers.
5 And all their deeds they do, so that they might be seen by the sons of men; for they make their tefillin wide, and extend the length of their tekhelet on their robes.
6 And they love the highest couches at suppers and the primary seats at the assembly, 7 and a greeting in the streets, and to be addressed by men as “my great one”.
8 But you should not be called “my great one”; for one is your Great One, and you are all brothers.
9 And you should not call yourselves ‘father’ on earth as do these, for one is your Father, who is in heaven.
10 And you should not be called ‘leaders’ as do these, for one is your Leader, the Mshikha. Do not consider anyone such as these as your father or your leader.
11 But he who is greatest among you, let him be to you as a minister.
12 For whoever exalts himself, will be humbled, and whoever humbles himself, will be exalted.
13 “Woe to you, Scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you completely consume the houses of widows, under the cover of lengthening your prayers. Due to this you shall receive greater judgment.
14 “Woe to you, Scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites, for you shut up the Kingdom of heaven closed before the sons of men; for you do not enter yourselves, and those that would enter you do not allow to enter.

The Book of Psalms

Ch 90-96

Mar-Yah, thou hast been our dwelling place in all generations. 2 Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God. 3 Thou turnest man to destruction; and sayest, Return, ye children of men. 4 For a thousand years in thy sight are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night. 5 The span of their life will be as a sleep; in the morning they are like grass which changes. 6 In the morning it flourishes and grows up; in the evening it is cut down and withers.

The Odes of Solomon

Odes 22

was rescued from my chains, and I fled unto You, O my God.
2 Because You are the right hand of salvation, and my Helper.
3 You have restrained those who rise up against me, and no more were they seen.
4 Because Your face was with me, which saved me by Your grace.
5 But I was despised and rejected in the eyes of many, and I was in their eyes like lead.
6 And I acquired strength from You, and help.

After Torah Reading

Psalm 119:18

Happy are they who are upright in the way, who walk in the Torah of AdonYah. Happy are they who keep His testimonies, that seek Him with the whole heart. They do no unrighteousness; they walk in His way. You have ordained Your precepts, that we should observe them diligently. Oh that my ways were directed to observe Your statutes! Then I would not be ashamed, when I have given diligence unto all Your mitzvoth. I will give thanks unto You with uprightness of heart, when I learn Your righteous ordinances. I will observe Your statutes; do not utterly forsake me.

Lord Yeshua, you who were brought forth by the very hand of God the Father, made known to the Blessed Mother Maryam, by the message of the angel Gabriel — I praise you, I thank you and I honour you with all my heart. It was you who said, ‘I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me, shall not hunger; and he that believeth on me, shall never thirst.’ Grant unto the presence of the Spirit of holiness as you promised to your disciples, so that I may understand the Word of God and the Will of the Father for me. Amen.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, Forehead:”May I have the mind of Mshikha”, Mouth:”May I speak pure words of Torah”, Heart:”and may my heart be sealed”, Right shoulder: “in the blood of the Lamb”& Left shoulder :” Amen. ” God is One.

Or

Forehead:”Mshikha in my mind.”, Mouth:”Torah in my mouth.”, Heart:”The blood of the Lamb in my heart.”, Right shoulder:”In Yeshua’s Name.” & Left Shoulder:”Amen.”In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. God is One.

May Mar Yah Bless You and Keep You.
