Before Torah Reading

Matthew 5:17-20

Do not think that I came to dismiss the Torah or the Prophets. I have not come to dismiss, but to carry out. For truly, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not one smallest letter or one stroke shall pass away from the Torah, until everything happens. Therefore, anyone who dismisses one of these small mitzvoth (Commandments), and thus teach the sons of men to do so, will be called little in the Kingdom of Heaven; but those who do and teach them shall be called great in the Kingdom of Heaven.

When Removing Torah From Ark

When the Ark set out, Mosha would say: Arise, O AdonYah, and Your adversaries will be scattered, and Your enemies will flee before You. For from Zion shall go forth the Torah, and the Word of AdonYah from Jerusalem. Blessed is He who in His holiness gave Torah to His people Israel.

The Torah which Moshe commanded us is the heritage of congregation of Ya’aqub. (Kiss the Torah)

THE BOOK OF MATTHEW

Ch 7-8

1 Do not judge, in order that you should not be judged.
2 For with the judgment that you judge with, you shall be judged; and by the measure that you measure, shall it be measured to you.
3 And why do you observe the straw in the eye of your brother, and do not regard the beam that is in your own eye?
4 Or how can you say to your brother, Allow me to pluck the straw from your eye; and behold! a beam is in your own eye.
5 You hypocrite; pluck first the beam from your own eye; and then you will see clearly, to pluck the straw out of the eye of your brother. If you are in my bosom and you do not do the will of my Father who is in heaven, I will cast you away from my bosom.*
6 You should not hang consecrated ornaments on dogs and you should not cast your pearls before swine in case they tread them under their feet and turn and cut you.
7 Ask, and it shall be given to you; seek, and you shall find; knock, and it shall be opened to you. For he who seeks should not quit seeking until he finds, and when he finds he will be amazed, and having been amazed he will be strengthened, and having been strengthened he will find rest.
8 For, every one that asks, receives and he that seeks, finds and to him that knocks, it shall be opened.

The Gospel of Thomas

Ch 4

1 Miryam said to Yeshua: “Tell us, whom are your disciples like?”
2 Yeshua said to them: “They are like little children living with a field which does not belong to them. When the owners of the field come, they will say to them: ‘Give our field back to us.’ They remove their clothing before them in order to give back to them their field, and they give it back to them.”
3 “Therefore I say to you, If the master of the house knows that the thief is coming, he will keep watch before he comes, and will not let him dig into his house of his kingdom to carry off his vessels.”
4 “All of you, then, shall be watchful over against the world. Gird up your loins with great strength, that the brigands may not find a way to come at you, since the advantage for which you look they will find. May there be among you a man of understanding!”
5 “When the fruit was ripe, he came quickly, his sickle in his hand, and reaped it. He that has ears to hear, let him hear.”
6 Yeshua saw some infants nursing. And he said to his disciples: “These little ones that are nursing are like those who enter into the kingdom.”

The Book of Psalms

Ch 23-28

23:1 ¶ Mar-Yah is my shepherd; I shall not want. 2 He makes me to rest in green pastures; he leads me beside still waters. 3 He restores my soul. He leads me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. 4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. 5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies; thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. 6 Surely thy goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I shall dwell in the house of Mar-

Yah for ever.

Chapter 24
24:1 ¶ The earth belongs to Mar-Yah and the fullness thereof; the world and they that dwell therein. 2 For he has set the foundation thereof in the sea, and has furnished it with rivers.
3 ¶ Who shall ascend into the mountain of Mar-Yah? or who shall stand in his holy place? 4 He who has clean hands and a pure heart; who has not sworn by his soul falsely, nor taken an oath deceitfully. 5 He shall receive the blessing from Mar-Yah, and righteousness from God our Saviour. 6 This is the generation of them that seek thy face, that proclaim thy countenance, O thou God of Jacob.

The Odes of Solomon

Ode 7
1 Open, open your hearts to the exultation of Mar-Yah, and let your love abound from the heart to the lips.
2 In order to bring forth fruits to Mar- Yah, a holy life; and to talk with watchfulness in His light.
3 Rise up and stand erect, you who sometimes were brought low.
4 You who were in silence, speak, for your mouth has been opened.

After Torah Reading

Psalm 119:18

Happy are they who are upright in the way, who walk in the Torah of AdonYah. Happy are they who keep His testimonies, that seek Him with the whole heart. They do no unrighteousness; they walk in His way. You have ordained Your precepts, that we should observe them diligently. Oh that my ways were directed to observe Your statutes! Then I would not be ashamed, when I have given diligence unto all Your mitzvoth. I will give thanks unto You with uprightness of heart, when I learn Your righteous ordinances. I will observe Your statutes; do not utterly forsake me.

Lord Yeshua, you who were brought forth by the very hand of God the Father, made known to the Blessed Mother Maryam, by the message of the angel Gabriel — I praise you, I thank you and I honour you with all my heart. It was you who said, ‘I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me, shall not hunger; and he that believeth on me, shall never thirst.’ Grant unto the presence of the Spirit of holiness as you promised to your disciples, so that I may understand the Word of God and the Will of the Father for me. Amen.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, Forehead:”May I have the mind of Mshikha”, Mouth:”May I speak pure words of Torah”, Heart:”and may my heart be sealed”, Right shoulder: “in the blood of the Lamb”& Left shoulder :” Amen. ” God is One.

Or

Forehead:”Mshikha in my mind.”, Mouth:”Torah in my mouth.”, Heart:”The blood of the Lamb in my heart.”, Right shoulder:”In Yeshua’s Name.” & Left Shoulder:”Amen.”In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. God is One.

May Mar Yah Bless You and Keep You.
