Before Torah Reading

Matthew 5:17-20

Do not think that I came to dismiss the Torah or the Prophets. I have not come to dismiss, but to carry out. For truly, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not one smallest letter or one stroke shall pass away from the Torah, until everything happens. Therefore, anyone who dismisses one of these small mitzvoth (Commandments), and thus teach the sons of men to do so, will be called little in the Kingdom of Heaven; but those who do and teach them shall be called great in the Kingdom of Heaven.

When Removing Torah From Ark

When the Ark set out, Mosha would say: Arise, O AdonYah, and Your adversaries will be scattered, and Your enemies will flee before You. For from Zion shall go forth the Torah, and the Word of AdonYah from Jerusalem. Blessed is He who in His holiness gave Torah to His people Israel.

The Torah which Moshe commanded us is the heritage of congregation of Ya’aqub. (Kiss the Torah)

The Book of Matthew

Ch 3

1 In those days, Yokhanan the baptiser came, preaching in the desert of Yudah, saying,
2 “Repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven is near!”
3 For it is he who was spoken of by Yeshayahu the nabi, saying:
“The voice of one crying in the wilderness,
prepare the Way of Mar-Yah.
Make straight his path.”
4 Now Yokhanan’s clothes were made of the hair of camels, and a girdle of skins was upon his

loins. His food was locusts and wild honey.

Gospel of Thomas

Ch 3

Yeshua said to his disciples: “If you fast, you will cause a sin for yourselves; and if you pray, you will be condemned; and if you give alms, you will do an evil to your spirits.”
2 “And if you go into any land and travel in its regions, if they receive you, you shall eat what they set before you. Heal the sick among them. For that which goes into your mouth will not defile you, but that which comes forth from your mouth, that is what will defile you.”
3 Yeshua said: “When you see the one who was not born of woman, throw yourselves down upon your face and worship him. He is your Father.”
4 Yeshua said: “Some men think that I have come to make peace upon the earth, and they do not know that I have come to make war upon the earth with fire and sword.”

The Book of Psalms

Ch 18-22

¶ I will love thee, O Mar-Yah, my strength and my trust; 2 My refuge and my deliverer is the mighty God in whom I trust; he is my helper and the horn of my salvation and my glorious refuge. 3 I will call upon Mar-Yah; so shall I be saved from mine enemies. 4 For the pains of death surrounded me, and the rush of ungodly men have confused me. 5 The travail of Sheol has taken hold of me: the snares of death preceded me. 6 In my distress I called upon Mar-Yah, and cried to my God; he heard my voice out of his temple, and my cry came before him, even into his ears. 7 Then the earth shook and trembled; the foundations also of the mountains quaked and were shaken because he was angry. 8 There went up a smoke out of his wrath, and fire flamed from his face, and coals were kindled by it. 9 He bowed the heavens and came down; and thick darkness was under his feet. 10 And he rode upon cherubim and flew; yea, he soared upon the wings of the wind. 11 He made darkness his covert; his pavilion round about him was darkness of waters and thick clouds of the skies. 12 Out of the brightness of his shadow his clouds rained hailstones and coals of fire. 13 Mar-Yah also thundered in the heavens, and the Highest gave his voice: hailstones and coals of fire. 14 Yea, he sent out his arrows and scattered them; and he multiplied his lightnings and confused them. 15 Then the brooks appeared, and the foundations of the world were laid open at thy rebuke, O Mar-Yah, at the blast of the breath of thine anger. 16 He sent from on high and quieted me; he received me out of great waters. 17 He delivered me from my strong enemies and from them which hated me; for they were too strong for me. 18 They confronted me in the day of my extremity, but Mar-Yah was my deliverer. 19 He brought me forth into comfort; he delivered me because he delighted in me.

The Odes of Solomon

Odes 6

1 As is the course of anger over wickedness, so is the course of joy over the Beloved; and brings in of its fruits unhindered.
2 My joy is Mar-Yah and my course is towards Him, this path of mine is
5

beautiful.

After Torah Reading

Psalm 119:18

Happy are they who are upright in the way, who walk in the Torah of AdonYah. Happy are they who keep His testimonies, that seek Him with the whole heart. They do no unrighteousness; they walk in His way. You have ordained Your precepts, that we should observe them diligently. Oh that my ways were directed to observe Your statutes! Then I would not be ashamed, when I have given diligence unto all Your mitzvoth. I will give thanks unto You with uprightness of heart, when I learn Your righteous ordinances. I will observe Your statutes; do not utterly forsake me.

Lord Yeshua, you who were brought forth by the very hand of God the Father, made known to the Blessed Mother Maryam, by the message of the angel Gabriel — I praise you, I thank you and I honour you with all my heart. It was you who said, ‘I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me, shall not hunger; and he that believeth on me, shall never thirst.’ Grant unto the presence of the Spirit of holiness as you promised to your disciples, so that I may understand the Word of God and the Will of the Father for me. Amen.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, Forehead:”May I have the mind of Mshikha”, Mouth:”May I speak pure words of Torah”, Heart:”and may my heart be sealed”, Right shoulder: “in the blood of the Lamb”& Left shoulder :” Amen. ” God is One.

May Mar Yah Bless You and Keep You.
