This is the blessing which is used with wine when welcoming the High Shabbat. Words (in parenthesis) are recited a second time and quietly after pausing for a couple of seconds.

Transliteration and English Translation

Barukh ata Yahuah Alaheinu melekh ha’olam, asher kidshanu bmitzvatav v’tzivanu l’hadlik neir shel shabbat. [Blessed are You, Yahuah our Alhym, King of the universe, who has sanctified us with His commandments and commanded us to light the candles of Shabbat] – move hands over flames of candles

Barukh ata Yahuah Alaheinu melekh ha’olam, asher kidshanu bmitzvatav v’tzivanu l’hadlik neir shel yom tov. [Blessed are You, Yahuah our Alhym, King of the universe, who has sanctified us with His commandments and commanded us to light the candles of the this Good Day] – move hands over flames of candles again

Barukh ata Yahuah Alaheinu melekh ha’olam, hamotzi ha’lekhem (ha’lekhem) Yahushuah (Mshikha) [Blessed are You, Yahuah our Alhym, King of the universe, who brings forth the Bread Yahushuah (Mshikha)] – wave right hand over bread and bring hand to heart

Barukh ata Yahuah Alaheinu melekh ha’olam, borei pri ha’gafen. [Blessed are You, Yahuah our Alhym, King of the universe, who creates the fruit of the vine.] – wave left hand over wine and bring hand to heart
