Before Torah Reading

Matthew 5:17-20

Do not think that I came to dismiss the Torah or the Prophets. I have not come to dismiss, but to carry out. For truly, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not one smallest letter or one stroke shall pass away from the Torah, until everything happens. Therefore, anyone who dismisses one of these small mitzvoth (Commandments), and thus teach the sons of men to do so, will be called little in the Kingdom of Heaven; but those who do and teach them shall be called great in the Kingdom of Heaven.

When Removing Torah From Ark

When the Ark set out, Mosha would say: Arise, O AdonYah, and Your adversaries will be scattered, and Your enemies will flee before You. For from Zion shall go forth the Torah, and the Word of AdonYah from Jerusalem. Blessed is He who in His holiness gave Torah to His people Israel.

THE BOOK OF MATTHEW

CHAPTER 11

1 And when Jesus had ended the instructions to his twelve disciples, he went from

there

to teach and to proclaim

in their cities.

2 Now when John, in the house of prisoners, heard of the works of Messiah, he sent by

the hand of his disciples,

3 and said to him: Are you he that comes, or are we to expect another?

4 Jesus answered, and said to them: Go, tell John the things that you hear and see:

5 the blind see, and the lame walk, and the lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, and

the dead rise up, and the needy hear good tidings:

6 and happy is he, who shall not be stumbled at me.

7 And when they were gone, Jesus began to say to the multitudes, concerning John:

What did you go into the wilderness to see?

A reed that waved in the wind?

8 And if not; what did you go out to see?

A man clothed in delicate robes?

Behold, they

that are clothed in delicate robes, are in the dwelling of kings.

9 And if not; what did you go out to see?

A prophet?

Yes, I say to you, and more than a

prophet.

10 For this is he of whom

it is written: Behold, I send my messenger ahead of you, that

he may prepare the way before you.

1 Truly I say to you, Among those born of women, there has not arisen a greater than

John the Baptizer: yet the sm

all one in the kingdom

of heaven, is greater than he.

12 And from

the days of John the Baptizer, until now, the kingdom

of heaven is

attacked by force, and the violent seize it.

13 For all the prophets and the Law prophesied, until the time of John.

14 And, if you are willing, receive, that this is Elijah who was to come.

15 He that has ears to hear, let him

hear!

16 But to what shall I com

pare this generation? It is like children, that sit in the

marketplace and call to their friends,

17 and say: We have sung to you, and you did not dance: we have cried to you, and you

did not lament.

18 For John came, not eating and not drinking; and they said, He has a demon.

19 The Son of man came, eating and drinking; and they say: Behold, a gluttonous man,

and a wine drinker, and a friend of publicans and sinners. But wisdom

is justified by her

works.

20 Then Jesus began to reproach the cities, in which his mighty works were done, yet

they did not repent.

21 And he said: Woe to you, Chorazin! Woe to you, Bethsaida! For if the deeds of

power done in you had been done in Tyre and Sidon, doubtless, they would have

repented long ago in sackcloth and ashes.

23 And you, Capernaum, which has been lifted up to heaven, shall be brought down to

the Sheol. For if those deeds of power which were done in you had been done in Sodom,

it would have stood to this day.

24 But I say to you, It will be comfortable for the land of Sodom, in the day of

judgment, rather than for you.

25 At that time Jesus answered and said: I praise you, O my Father, Lord of heaven and

earth, that you have hidden these things from

the wise and knowing, and have revealed

them

to little children.

26 Yes, my Father; for so it was your desire.

27 Every thing is given up by my Father to me. And no one knows the Son, except the

Father. Also, no one knows the Father, except the Son, and he to whom

the Son is

pleased to reveal.

28 Come to me, all you wearied and heavily burdened, and I will ease you.

29 Take my yoke upon you; and learn from

me, that I am

gentle and peaceful in my

heart: and you will find rest for your souls:

30 for my yoke is pleasant, and my burden is light.

THE BOOK OF JAMES

Chapter 1

1 Ya’aqub, a servant of Alaha, and of Maran Yeshua Mshikha, to the twelve tribes scattered among the goyim. Shalom!

2 Let it be a joy to you, my brethren, when you enter into many and various trials. 3 For you know the trial of faith makes you increase patience. 4 And let patience have its perfect work, so that you may be complete and perfect, and may lack in nothing.

5 And if any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of Alaha who gives to all freely and with love, and it will be given to him. 6 But let him ask in faith, without hesitating; for he who hesitates is like the waves of the sea, which the wind tosses around. 7 And such a man should not expect to receive any thing of Mar-Yah, 8 who is hesitating in his mind, and unstable in all of his ways.

9 And let the humble brother rejoice because he is exalted; 10 and the rich, in his humbleness because, like the flower of the grass, he passes away. 11 For the sun rises in its heat, and dries up the grass; and its flower falls, and the beauty of its appearance perishes; it is the same with the rich man because he withers in his ways.

12 Blessed is the man who endures trials so that when he is proved he may receive a crown of life, which Alaha has promised to those who love him. 13 Let no one when he is tempted, say, ‘I am tempted by Alaha’; for Alaha is not tempted with evils, nor does he tempt anyone. 14 But every man is tempted by his own lust, and he desires and is enticed. 15 And this lust conceives, and brings forth sin; and sin, when mature, brings forth death.

16 Do not err, my beloved brethren. 17 Every good and perfect gift comes down from above, from the Father of lights, with whom there is no change, not even a shadow of variation. 18 By his own will he fathered us by the word of truth so that we might be the first-fruits of his creatures.

19 My beloved brethren, every one of you be quick to hear and slow to speak and slow to anger; 20 for the wrath of man does not bring the righteousness of Alaha. 21 Therefore, remove yourself from all impurity and the abundance of wickedness; and, with meekness, receive the word that is firmly planted in our nature, which is able to save your souls. 22 But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. 23 For if any man shall be a hearer of the word, and not a doer of it, he will be like one who sees his face in a mirror; 24 for he sees himself, and passes on, and forgets what his appearance was. 25 But all who look upon the perfect law of liberty and abides in it, is not a hearer of something to be forgotten, but a doer of the things; such a man will be blessed in his work.

26 And if anyone thinks that he worships Alaha, and does not control his tongue, his heart deceives him and his worship is in vain. 27 For service that is pure and holy before Abba Alaha, is this: to visit the fatherless and the widows in their affliction, and to keep himself spotless from the world.

After Torah Reading

Psalm 119:18

Happy are they who are upright in the way, who walk in the Torah of AdonYah. Happy are they who keep His testimonies, that seek Him with the whole heart. They do no unrighteousness; they walk in His way. You have ordained Your precepts, that we should observe them diligently. Oh that my ways were directed to observe Your statutes! Then I would not be ashamed, when I have given diligence unto all Your mitzvoth. I will give thanks unto You with uprightness of heart, when I learn Your righteous ordinances. I will observe Your statutes; do not utterly forsake me.

Lord Yeshua, you who were brought forth by the very hand of God the Father, made known to the Blessed Mother Maryam, by the message of the angel Gabriel — I praise you, I thank you and I honour you with all my heart. It was you who said, ‘I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me, shall not hunger; and he that believeth on me, shall never thirst.’ Grant unto the presence of the Spirit of holiness as you promised to your disciples, so that I may understand the Word of God and the Will of the Father for me. Amen.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, Forehead:”May I have the mind of Mshikha”, Mouth:”May I speak pure words of Torah”, Heart:”and may my heart be sealed”, Right shoulder: “in the blood of the Lamb”& Left shoulder :” Amen. ” God is One.

Or Forehead:”Mshikha in my mind.”, Mouth:”Torah in my mouth.”, Heart:”The blood of the Lamb in my heart.”, Right shoulder:”In Yeshua’s Name.” & Left Shoulder:”Amen.”In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. God is One.

May Mar Yah Bless You and Keep You.
